Located in Cowee Valley, Cartoogechaye Creek & Clarks Chaple areas in Franklin, NC - our farm is a quarter horse breeding farm that specializes in quality Foundation & Roan colored quarter horses. Our AQHA and NFQHA registered Blue Roan Stallion, DBA Cowboy Hancock, is a proven sire and serves as the "Foundation" for our breeding program. Our mares are equally as impressive with colors such as Grullo, Red Roan, Blue Roan, Bay Roan, Palomino, Dunn & Buckskin with AQHA & NFQHA bloodlines coming from King Ranch and Foundation Legends such as Joe Hancock, King P234, Doc Bar, Poco Bueno, Peppy San Badger, Old Sorrel, Wimpy & King Fritz, just to name a few. We are also proud of our new arrivals to our farm. TMS Peppy Sausa, our young "performance" stallion, who is 100% Foundation, 100% King Ranch & 50% Mr San Peppy.

Our goal is to breed high quality Foundation quarter horses in beautiful "cowboy" colors, specializing in Roan colors, with superior bloodlines that will be extremely versatile prospects for show, rodeo, ranch work or just pure pleasure.
